It is in the box bottom with no top. The unengraved medal is pinned to a white cloth or silk covered card. At the top is a metal bar pin, with a red or dark pink ribbon. The square medal has a raised image of winged woman, in a dress, holding a wreath. The two sides are marked as follows: U.S. FIGURE SKATING ASS’N OF THE I.S.U.
