The picture shows this 1931 Everett, Massachusetts N.E.S.V.F.A. Volunteer Fireman Association League Muster Ribbon. Beginning at the top, there is a fancy brass frame pin with a celluloid center that reads "COMMITTEE". Behind it is a fancy red/white/blue rosette. On the back is a small brass safety pin. Hanging from the rosette are two ribbons, both being red /white/blue. The ribbons read:

N.E.S.V.F.A.
MUSTER
EVERETT, MASS.
July 4, 1931

It measures 6-1/8" long and is only in fair condition. At some point the ribbon had gotten wet and the red color has bled.
