| The picture shows all (5) Different Old Tobacco / Cigarette Advertising Premium Silks in this lot. These were given out or in packages of different tobaccos or cigarettes. They are similar to trading cards. Included here are two flags from "Egyptienne Straights Cigarettes" one is for "British North Borneo" and one is of the flag of "Australia". There are two flower silks from "Nebo Cigarettes" These are also marked "Factory No. 7, 5th Dist. N.J.". One has "Double Buttercup" and the other "Sweet Pea". The last one here has a medal / ribbon. It has no cigarette name but is marked "Factory No. 25, 2nd Dist. Va.". The medal is "Order Of The Black Eagle - Prussia". To judge the sizes the British North Borneo flag measures 2-1/8" x 3-1/4". These appear to be in excellent condition with some fraying as pictured. |
