The picture shows a front and back view of this Old Cracker Jack & Angelus Marshmallows Advertising Toy Prize 6'' Folding Ruler. This folding ruler or rule is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1920s. It is made of thick paper with black and blue print. On the back a Cracker Jack box is pictured and it is marked on the two sides as follows:

The straightened ruler obviously measures 6'' long. It appears to be in good condition with some old age discoloration as pictured with a crease at the 2'' mark and one at the 4'' mark.
