The picture shows a close view of both sides of this Old Advertising Premium Snow Crest Beverage Re-Usable Cap. It appears to be made of a green bakalite type plastic material. On the inside there is a rubber disk to seal the bottle. It is marked:
"Drink Snow Crest Pure Beverages"

It is in near mint condition. It is not dated but believed to be from the 1930's or 1940's.
