The picture shows the cover as well as one of the interesting pictures in the booklet (Black Sambo Merry Go Round). This booklet is a mailable hinged souvenier booklet. It pictures Humpty Dumpty on the cover and a color picture from the inside though the cover window. The pictures inside include: "Old Woman In The Shoe" (which can partially be seen through the die cut cover)
