There have been many different sets of these made over the years. Some were prizes from cereal boxes, some from Cracker Jack Boxes, and other sources. These in this lot were used as prizes in 1960's Gum Ball Machines. They are similar to charms but have no loop. They have a base to stand up. They have country names on the base and are marked as follows: FRANCE
