Military   Award   Plaque   Medal
The picture shows all (3) Old Metal Military Plates in this lot. I believe that these were either from award plaques or used on vehicles, I am not sure. They appear to be made of copper or brass. The years they are from is unknown. The first one is for the U.S. Army. It has the American Eagle logo and has three holes for mounting. It measures 3-1/2" wide and is curved. It is in very good condition and reads:

UNITED STATES ARMY

The second one has a raised image of an oriental looking man on horseback with a bow and arrows. It has remnants of glue on the back from being mounted at one time. It measures 2-7/8" wide and is in near mint condition. It reads:

THE STATUE OF WHARANG
WARRIOR FOR 5-6 A.D NATIONAL DEFENCE

The third one has a raised image of an oriental building with trees and shrubbery. It has remnants of glue on the back from being mounted at one time. It measures 2-7/8" wide and is in near mint condition. It reads:

SUNWHA DANG
OFFICE THE GYEONGSANG GOVERNOR 15-16 A.D
MEMORY OF DAEGU, KOREA
