The wall hanging is not dated but it is old. It most likely had a calendar at the bottom when it was new, but none is there now. The scene is of a man in a canoe in a river or on a pond approaching a pretty young lady sunbathing on a rock. There are mountains, rocks, water, and pine trees in the background. The picture is titled “SERENE”. The back is blank and the front is marked as follows: RINGUETTE OIL CO.
