The picture shows two views of all (4) Old Unused Popeye Cartoon Character Gum Ball Machine Prize Toy Flicker Rings in this lot. These are not dated but they are from the 1960s or 1970s. The top row has one view and the bottom row has the second view. The flicker changes from Popeye to Olive Oyl, Wimpy, and two different images of baby Sweet Pea. The rings are made of silver painted plastic. These were most likely made by the Vari-Vue Company. They are only marked ''China'' on the back. The ring top sections measures about 1/2'' x 3/4''.
