This is an old stock souvenir made by either Syroco or Multi Products, Inc.. It is made of molded wood fibers or sawdust. The tourist location would have a sticker in the bottom circle. In this case, it was a souvenir from Santa's Village in Jefferson, New Hampshire. Santa Claus is pictured with an Eskimo child next to an igloo. The plaque has a ribbon at the top and flowers at the bottom. There is a hole at the top to hang it on a nail or hook. It is marked with a poem as follows: MOTHER & DAD
