There is also a small spool of black thread inside that is not in the pictures. This premium is not dated but it is old. The container has an aluminum metal sewing thimble for a cap. Inside there are various needles, pins, and a small spool of black thread. This is a kit that you would carry in your purse to make emergency clothing repairs.
