Unusual 1907 New York City Multi-Image Souvenir Post Card

The picture shows a view of all of the pages of this Unusual 1907 New York City Multi-Image Souvenir Post Card. This postcard has a 1907 postmark and a two cent George Washington postage stamp. It was mailed to a Middletown, N.Y. address. This postcard has a door with a latch that opens revealing accordian pages of many New York images. There is the image on the outside and (10) images inside. The images have neatly hand written notes and titles that are marked as follows:

STATUE OF LIBERTY
NEW YORK SKY LINE FROM BROOKLYN (same as cover image but smaller)
WILLIAMSBURG BRIDGE
FLATIRON BUILDING
GRANT'S TOMB
ST. PAUL'S CHAPEL
MADISON SQUARE, FLATIRON BUILDING
TRINITY CHURCH
ENTRANCE TO CENTRAL PARK
CITY HALL SUBWAY STATION

The postcard (closed) measures 5-1/2'' x 3-1/2''. It is in good condition as pictured. The hinged area has a tear and is coming loose but it is still attached. The latch area has some wear and the latch has rust, both as pictured. It has light wear and the hand written messages as mentioned above. All in all it's not too bad considering it is over 100 years old.
