They were a mail away premium from KOOL cigarettes. This cute penguin couple are made of black plastic with yellow, red, and white painted features. They have their original stoppers in the bottom. They have their names ''WILLIE'' and ''MILLIE'' on their chest. The bottoms are marked as follows: F & F MOLD & DIE WORKS
