The photo is filled with light reflections and dust. The dog tags look far better then the photo. The year that these were made is unknown. One has the U.S. Army insignia, another has a U.S. Navy Seal insignia with an eagle, a gun, an anchor, and a triton. The third one is marked as follows: GI JOE ¨
