Old Painted Celluloid Novelty Toy Horse Figurine
Celluloid   Toy   Horse   Animal   Figure   Figurine   Novelty
The picture shows two side views of this Old Painted Celluloid Novelty Toy Horse Figurine. This hollow horse figure is not dated but it is believed to be from the 1930s. It may have been used as an old carnival or fair prize, but it could have also been sold in an old five and dime store. It is marked ''5-1/2 MADE IN U.S.A.''. The maker is unknown. It is nicely painted in black with red nostrils and mouth. It measures about 5-1/2'' x 4-3/8'' x 1''. It appears to be in excellent condition as pictured. There is a small pinhole near the hooves of the back legs. These may have been done during the manufacturing.
