The packaging states that there is a toy surprise inside, but we do not see one unless it is inside one of the trucks. This is a store bought toy item licensed to use Cracker Jack's advertising, trade marks, and characters. If the package was opened, you would not know that the toy had anything to do with Cracker Jack. This is a difficult Cracker Jack toy to find. The blister pack package holds three different red and white plastic fire engine trucks and has a cardboard backing card with Cracker Jack advertising. It is marked as follows: CRACKER JACK ® FIRE ENGINES
