The picture shows three views of the (2) 1940s U.S. German Zone Metal Toy Railroad Train Cars in this lot. These appear to be HO gauge scale cars. The rails that these would go on would be about 15.5 mm apart. What these train cars held is unknown. The maker is also unknown. They are identical with a revolving center section that has a wire section and a chain. They are an Army green color. One car has two hitches and the other has one. The cars are made of tin and the wheels appear to be made of aluminum. These are marked on the bottom as follows:

MADE IN U.S. ZONE
GERMANY

To judge the sizes the car counting both hitches measures 3-7/8'' long. These appear to be in near mint condition as pictured.
