The manufacturer is unknown but it was ''Made in U.S.A.''. The card pictures a young man (or woman ?) holding two swords. In the background is a Circus tent. On the back is a dial to turn. The front of the dial appears through a die cut hole. It has knives that continuously go into the mouth of the performer when turned. It is marked on the two sides as follows: LET'S COME TO THE POINT:
