The picture shows a view of this Large 1944 W. T. Grant Company World War II Homefront Employee Photograph Negative. This negative is believed to be from either from a New Hampshire or Massachusetts town. It has (15) young W. T. Grant Store employees. There are (13) young women and (2) young men. They are holding a sign that reads as follows:

WAR BONDS AND STAMPS
FOR SALE HERE!
W. T. GRANT CO.

The photograph appears to have been taken in either a warehouse or loading dock area. On the wall is an instruction poster, a yard stick, and a sign. The sign reads:

GIRLS!
DID YOU
PUT OUT
LIGHTS?

This is an original large format sepia tone negative on Eastman Kodak Safety Film. It measures 4-5/8'' x 3-1/2''. It is almost the size of a post card! With this size a print could be enlarged very big without losing any detail. There is much more detail than can be seen in the scanned picture below. This negative is in mint condition as pictured. Although it appears to be professionally made negative it is not copyrighted. Photographs from this negative can be printed and sold.
