The picture shows two views of this Old Lowney's Candy Box With Young Lady Photograph Tag & Ribbon. It is not dated but believed to be from the early 1900's. It has a sepiatone photo of a young lady with a bonnet holding a basket of flowers. There is an original ribbon. The Christmas tag has holly leaves and it reads as follows:

LOWNEY'S
CHOCOLATES
ONE POUND NET

The box has an embossed paper liner and waxed paper. It also has three of the old candy paper holders. There is print on the bottom stating that it is #504 Assorted Chocolates, made in U.S. America by The Walter M. Lownet Company of Boston, Massachusetts. It measures 4-1/2" x 8-1/2" x 2". It is in very good condition. The ribbon has separated in one spot and there is a crease in the photo can can be pictured.
