This novelty toy is not marked Cracker Jack but it is a known to have been used as a toy prize. The back of the envelope has illustrated instructions. The paper envelope measures about 2-7/16'' x 1-1/2''. The envelope is unopened but you can hold it up to a light and see the boomerang inside. The envelope appears to be in good unopened condition. There is a small puncture hole by the illustration on the back as pictured.
