This one has a metal frame on a red/white/blue ribbon which is over a purple ribbon with metal fringes on the bottom. This is from Everett Massachusetts and is dated Aug. 23, 1917. It is marked as follows:

It measures 8-1/4" long. It is in excellent condition.
