The plastic dog has a hole in its mouth where the cigarette fits. You install a cigarette, light it, and blow out the flame, then what happens is the cigarette blows smoke rings. There are instructions on the back of the header card. The front pictures a dog in a chair smoking and it reads as follows: ADAMS
