The picture shows two views of this ©1960 Cracker Jack Pop Corn Confection Box. Although this box is copyright dated 1960, it is from 1964 or 1965 right after Borden quietly bought The Cracker Jack Company in 1964. It is marked on one side:

THE CRACKER JACK CO., CHICAGO, ILL.
DIVISION OF THE BORDEN COMPANY

This box is sealed but it is empty. The front and back picture Sailor Jack and his dog Bingo. This 1-3/8 ounce box measures 2-7/8'' x 5-5/8'' x 1-1/4''. It has a little wear but it is in excellent condition as pictured.
