| | | | The picture below shows a larger view of all Early Set of (8) Different Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs Painted Celluloid Charms in this lot. These miniature charms are made of painted celluloid. They had been used as prizes or premiums on beer bottles, liquor bottles, bread, and as carnival prizes in the 1930s. These are not the Walt Disney version of Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs. It is a difficult set to complete. The Dwarf pictured on the far right is believed to belong to a second Snow White set, that is just as difficult to find. These have tiny brass metal loops at the top to use them as necklace pendants, charm bracelet charms, or on earrings. All eight of these for one price! To judge the sizes the Snow White charm in the center (with the loop) measures about 1-5/16'' tall. These appear to be in excellent to mint condition as pictured. |
