This small cloth shirt is not dated but it is made with a 1970s Cracker Jack cloth. We know that at least J.C. Penney department stores sold items made with this repeated Sailor Jack & Bingo cloth in the 1970s. This one has a care label, but not a store one. This shirt has a button down front and a collar. The cloth tag is marked as follows:

TUMBLE DRY LOW
The small shirt measures about 13-1/2'' wide x 17'' tall. It appears to be in mint condition as pictured.
