| | | | The picture shows a view of all (3) 1960s Television Pencil Sharpeners With Cartoon Flicker Pictures in this lot. The first two are ©1962 and the third one is believed to be from the 1961 Walt Disney 101 Dalmations movie. They were probably bought in an old five and dime store. These have a pencil sharpener in the bottom. All three have lots of action in the images. The images were most likely made by the Vari-Vue Company. The first one has an image of a bird feeding the babies in a nest. The second one has a cat with a fiddle playing by moon light. The third one has an image of one of the Dalmation dogs trying to get a bug off its nose. The first two are marked on the back as follows: A & W PROD.

MADE IN U.S.A. To judge the sizes the larger one measures 2-1/4'' x 1-3/4'' x 7/8''. They appear to be in excellent condition. They have some remains of old price stickers on the back and the bottom one has a small melt mark on the back. |
