This ceramic plate has a rope like border or rim. It features an imprinted color comic book type image of Hoppy waving, with his Western hat, shirt, neckerchief, longhorn cattle slide, and his revolver guns. He is riding his horse Topper through a desert full of cactus plants. It has an inscription from Hoppy that reads: TO MY FRIEND
