There is detail that can be seen such as the police officer on the right has a whistle hanging from his neck and is holding a doll. The criminal is holding a tea cup or creamer and another object. The police badges can be read, they are marked "KEYSTONE 23". The back has a hand written inscription that reads as follows: Compliments
