Sanbornville   Wakefield   Wolfeboro   New Hampshire   N.H.   Photo   Photograph   Slide   Historic
The picture shows a view of the (2) Old Sanbornville New Hampshire Town Hall Photograph Slides in this lot. These are of the same image they are only slightly different. They are not dated but believed to be from the 1940s or 1950s. This building is still in use today. Located just off of Meadow Street near the railroad crossing in downtown Sanbornville, (the economic and administrative center of Wakefield), the Town Hall is the hub of local government and community activity.

It was in Winter when these slides were taken. The Sanbornville Pharmacy occupied part of the first floor. The U.S. Post Office was also occupying part of the building. Outside the main door there appears to be a theatre poster. Across the way in the slides is ''THE GENERAL STORE''. Some old cars and a railroad sign can be seen as well.

The slides measure 2'' x 2''. The slides are in mint as made condition. They are between glass and the black photo tape holding the glass together is coming loose and can be replaced.
