The picture below shows larger front and back views of this Colorful 1930s Cracker Jack Pop Corn Confection Advertising Toy Prize Cardboard Buzzer Spinner. The Cracker Jack toy prize number for these was z-0303 and z-0304 and they were produced in the 1930s by Gensburg. This one is also called a Buzz Saw Spinner, or a Rainbow Spinner. One side has a colorful design. The other side pictures a 1930s Cracker Jack box and a child playing with the toy. This is a spinning toy that also makes noise as it spins. Many children used to play with these using a large coat button on a string. It is marked as follows:

The toy prize measures about 2-1/2'' wide and it has about a 12'' blue string. It appears to be in excellent condition with a crease in the center as pictured.
