The green section is celluloid and the card inside is heavy stock paper. There is a parcel post rate table with eight mailing zones calculated for a one to eleven pound package. At the bottom (both sides) of the card inside there are ''FACTS ABOUT THE NEW PARCEL POST''. The advertising is marked on the two sides as follows: GEORGE F. BLAKE, JR. & CO.
