The card is not included here. The bracelet has all (6) of the original cartoon character charms still on it. They have their original red and black painted features and the charms have the character names on the backs. The cartoon characters that are included are as follows:
Pixie & Dixie
Boo Boo Bear
Huckleberry Hound
Yogi Bear
Mr. Jinx
Tom Tom

To judge the sizes the bracelet chain measures about 6'' long. It appears to be in excellent or better condition as pictured.
