One side has a Magician or Guru looking man and the other side has a wreath and many unusual letters or symbols. Anna Eva Fay lived from 1851 to 1927. She was a Medium, Spiritualist, Mentalist, and a Magician. She is buried in Melrose, Massachusetts. The coin or token is marked on the front as follows: MASCOT
