The picture shows this Old Packaged Navy Ships & Sailors Toy Play Set. All parts are made of plastic. There is:

An Aircraft Carrier with airplanes attached to the sides
(2) Battleships
(2) Cruisers or Destroyers
(6) Sailors with a movable arm holding guns or swords

The toys were originally attached to the backing card with rubber band, but they had dried up and fell apart. The header card section pictures an Aircraft Carrier and is simply marked as follows:

FLEET
UNBREAKABLE
HONG KONG

There is no date, but this is believed to be from the 1960's or 1970's. To judge the sizes the entire package measures 7-1/4" x 9-3/4". The ships and figures are in mint as made condition and the packaging has some shelf wear.
