The picture shows a close view of both sides of this 1939 Radio Orphan Annie Mysto-Matic Decoder Badge Premium. If I'm not mistaken, this was offered by Ovaltine. You would receive secret messages from the radio show and be able to decode them with this official badge. There are numbers around the outside and coresponding letters inside, views by turning the front dial. The embossed front and the back read as follows:

ROA
SECRET CODE
1939
OFFICIAL NUMBER
B 74229

It measures 1-3/4" wide and the original pin is intact on the back. It is in very good to excellent condition with some wear on the luster as can be seen in the picture.
