The picture shows a view of the (2) Old Warner Brothers Looney Tunes Cartoon Character Toy Flicker Rings in this lot. One is of Tweedy Bird and the other is of Porky Pig. Tweedy is flapping his wings and Porky is tipping his hat. These are not dated but are believed to be from the 1960s. They were most likely used as prizes in old gum ball machines. Each has a silver painted plastic ring. The ring bases are different. The one with Tweedy Bird has what looks like the letter ''V'' on each side. That one is also marked ''Hong Kong''. To judge the sizes the flicker sections each measure 1/2'' x 5/8''. They both appear to be in mint condition as pictured.
