Queen Victoria Coin Medallion Charm

The picture shows a close view of both sides of this Queen Victoria 1837 - 1897 60th Year Coin / Medallion. There is a hole and loop for hanging as a charm on a necklace. It appears to be made of brass. On the obverse it has a raised image of Queen Victoria of England and reads:
IMPERIUM ET LIBERTAS
The reverse has a fancy leaf border and reads:
1837 - 1897
IN COMMEMORATION
OF THE 60th
YEAR OF
HER MAJESTY'S REIGN

The medallion measures 1" wide and it is in excellent condition with some spotting as can be seen in the scan.
