I should have scanned the inside, it is very graphic with crocodiles, alligators, monkey and many birds (flamingo, pelican, parrots,etc.). There is even a black man wrestling an alligator. The back has a map showing the location just north of St. Augustine, Florida. The brochure is in mint condition. 1960's alligator magnet, excellent condition. Pinback button with alligators mating, mint condition. "SAVE THE ALLIGATOR - EAT A PREPPIE" pin back button, mint condition. Comical Alligator Pin, painted metal, he has an image of a person on his shirt, mint condition. Metal coated 1950's gum ball machine alligator prize charm, good condition.
