| The picture shows the (2) Artist Made Cracker Jack Advertising Sulphide Marbles in this lot. One of these has a sulphide figure of Sailor Jack and the other is of Bingo. These were made in the same way, by hand, as these type marbles were made back in the 1800's. They have the usual manufacturing flaws such as bubbles in the glass. I had contracted with a California Artist to create a handful of these to give to some special friends in the early 1990's. This artist no longer makes marbles. These two here were a few extras I had. The larger one measures just over 1-1/2" and the smaller one measures 1-1/4". These are in as made condition as pictured. These are not available anywhere else. |
