This ashtray is believed to have been made at the end of the war. The 20mm bullet is made of steel and the ashtray is made of aluminum. The bullet as made on this ashtray does not have a shell. There is no manufacturer's mark. It has raised lettering that reads as follows: WORLD WAR II
