It has a woman standing with a sword over a King. It reads ''SIC SEMPER TYRANNIS''. One is a graphic of wheat and a ''WHEAT TO BISCUIT'' cracker box. The third graphic is of a red and white candy cane rod. The billhead is dated ''3-7-30'', It has the names of the President, Vice President, and the Secretary - Treasurer. It is also marked as follows:

The bill is made out to the Folsom Grocery Company of Monticello, Florida. It lists and has 1930 prices for the following products:

The invoice or billhead measures 8-3/8'' x 7''. It is in good condition with wear and tear as pictured. The holes at the top are common to keep invoices in a binder.
