With both having their contents these appear to be unused. The first tin slides open. It pictures a man fly fishing and it contains (19) tiny lead sinkers. It is marked as follows: BEST LITTLE SINKERS

MAKERS OF FISHING TACKLE The second tin has two halves and a paper or foil label. Inside it is full of a vaseline looking lubricant and an unused round felt pad. The label reads as follows: HERTER'S FLY LINE CLEANER
To clean and lubricate your line, apply sparingly with felt applicator, then rub off excess thoroughly.
