| | | | The picture shows a view of both sides of the (2) Colorful 1889 Flower Seed Advertising Trade Cards in this lot. These are both from D. M. Ferry & Company of Detroit, Michigan. They are both copyright dated 1889. They each have a colorful floral painting on the front ''PAINTED FROM ACTUAL SPECIMENS GROWN ON D. M. FERRY & CO'S TRIAL GROUNDS''. One is of ''CANDYTUFT'' and the other for ''ASTERS''. Much information, pricing, and advertising is on the back of each card. There is also an offer for a premium floral album on the backs. The cards each measure 3-3/8'' x 5-3/4''. They appear to be in excellent condition. They have a hade written name on the back ''Florence Annie Clark''. |
