| | | | The picture shows a view of this Old Garbage Pail Kids ? Character Moron Mufflers Figure. This looks like something from Garbage Pail Kids or Wacky Packages. It is unknown for sure and there are no markings. Whatever the case, it is an interesting and strange figure. The figure is of an overweight person bulging out of their clothes. There is a muffler exhaust pipe in the mouth and it comes out of the back of the head. The muffler reads ''MORON MUFFLERS''. It is made of a hard rubber type material. It measures 3'' tall and is in good condition with some rub marks. |
