This paper weight is not dated and the maker is unknown. It is made of clear glass with a cobalt blue base with green on top. Inside there is an umbrella or may pole design that is black and white with small bubbles around it. The paperweight measures about 3-3/8'' tall by about 2-1/2'' wide. It is in mint condition as pictured. |
