These are not dated but are believed to be from the 1920s or 1930s. These are similar to Cracker Jack prizes at the same time period. They are made of lead or pot metal. The bottoms are marked:
HOOD RUBBERS

Each charm measures about 7/8'' long. They both appear to be in mint as made condition.
