| | | | The picture shows a view of all (25) Old Gold and Silver Police Officer Uniform Buttons in this lot. These buttons are not dated. There are (7) that are brass and (18) that are made of a silver colored metal. These have a shank on the back. They could be sewn on but they are normally used with a washer and a metal cotter pin on the back. On the front, each of these has the letter ''P'' for Police in a wreath. Most, if not all of these were made by the Waterbury Company in Waterbury, Connecticut. Not all of them are marked. These all came from New Hampshire Police uniforms from a dry cleaner that cleaned their uniforms. Except for the larger one in the center, the buttons each measure about 9/16'' wide. They appear to range from excellent to mint unused condition as pictured. |
