| | | The picture shows two views of this Large Old Steel Railroad Padlock. Shown is a front and back view. There are brass rivits and a brass section in the keyhole. It is believed to be from a railroad. It had been purchased with several others that were marked as such. There is no key included with this lock. We have been informed that this lock is a Mastodon, Eight Lever, made by the Eagle Lock Co. of Terryville, CT. Patented June 16, 1914. There is some markings that can only be partially read. It is unknown what is marked near the top on the front. On the two sides of the key hole it appears to read ''LIGHT LEVER''. The lock measures about 2-1/2'' x 3-1/2'' x 1/2''. It appears to be in good condition with old surface rusting as pictured. There is no key. |
